Ethical Bank

Have never had any problem with Triodos, you can always talk to someone if you need to. No hanging around in a queue on the phone. If they are busy you just request a ring back and they always come back to you. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Ethical, sustainable, transparent and honest, what more could you ask? Triodos aligns so closely with my own values and is actively working to change the sector they are in for the better, which is highly commendable. Calm and dynamic

I started to bank with Triodos in 2023 attracted by their ethics and community focus, I have found them to be professional, responsive and sensible, the online system has functioned well and the app is great, I have experience of very poor banking ethics and approach in the past (always trying to sell financial products) and so it's great that I'm banking with Triodos.
