Ethical, good value and good service

I have never banked with a friendly, helpful bank as Triodos. I banked with a so called ethical bank before but the customer service, wait time. helpfulness was abysmal. I assumed it was part of th3 price of banking ethically: the I got a Triodos current account and haven't looked back. Reviewed on: 16th January 2022

I know exactly where my money is going!

A bank that is professsional, personal, ethical and well mannered

I cannot recommend this bank enough. To be helped to understand that even that a monthly bank charges is a way of levelling the playing field, was done with such grace and clarity ... and that is just the first conversation.
