A bank that is professsional, personal, ethical and well mannered

I cannot recommend this bank enough. To be helped to understand that even that a monthly bank charges is a way of levelling the playing field, was done with such grace and clarity ... and that is just the first conversation. Glad I made the effort to change my current account

I've had Triodos investment accounts for a long while but have only recently made the effort to switch my current account using CASS. My old bank was fine, but doesn't have the ethical principles to match Triodos. All good so far. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
