Trustworthy, Ethical, Friendly

Triodos bank services are fantastic and high quality. Great customer service, provide financial security for my money and Triodos are revolutionising ethical banking. A bank that does good in every sense and makes a positive difference by investing exclusively in sustainable businesses and initiatives. A bank with a genuine conscience, and a bank that I believe adds even more value to money in a sense that Triodos is helping to improve lives, infrastructures and the world we live in. I have a high level of trust for Triodos as the bank is transparent in communicating to customers where funds are invested, even specifically about places most relevant to me by using my postcode to filter information that I am sent via tailored update emails. Excellent phone back up to an online ethical bank

Excellent customer service & environmentally too.

Triodos are consistently polite & helpful on the phone. Their regular magazine is informative, interesting & helps make the banking decisions transparent for bank users. The most ethical bank

I came to Triodos for their ethics, not just what they make a point of investing in and what they make a point of not investing in, but also the fact that they charge an account fee rather than funding their service on the debts of those less fortunate. That kind of integrity is sadly lacking in wider society. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
