Excellent customer service & environmentally too.

Triodos are consistently polite & helpful on the phone. Their regular magazine is informative, interesting & helps make the banking decisions transparent for bank users. Web site is clear & easy to use & any queries promptly sorted. Have already recommended them to many people . Cannot think of a single fault after 12yrs+ with them. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

The most ethical bank

I came to Triodos for their ethics, not just what they make a point of investing in and what they make a point of not investing in, but also the fact that they charge an account fee rather than funding their service on the debts of those less fortunate. Environmentally sound and great customer service

I wanted my money to be lodged with someone I could trust not only to keep it safe but to only use it for projects and companies that benefited the world we live in not make it worse.
