A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. The future of banking

Since switching to Triodos I feel a lightness and joy in my banking experience. It makes me feel so good knowing that I am helping to save the world from the destructive banking practices of the old way. Knowing my money is doing good is wonderful. Low interest rate for overdraft and easy to use

Sustainable

Great, ethical, but need modernising

I chose Triodos because of their ethical stance and what they stand for - all banks should work towards being more like Triodos in this sense and everyone should make this a priority when they chose where to keep their money. In general having been with them for a while I think their customer service is great, their systems are easy to use and I feel as comfortable with them as with any other bank. My only issue is that the app/online banking does seem a little outdated, making payments seems to be a bit slower than other banks and the bank can’t be linked to money saving apps such as Plum etc. which is something I would like as these apps are beneficial for me. Refreshingly ethical and sustainable, and switching to Triodos is easy

I got fed up of the fossil fuel investments of my old bank Santander and I'm much happier now that I've switched to Triodos. I would urge other people to switch too. Triodos made the switching process very straightforward, doing a lot of the hard work for you. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Honesty and integrity

I have nothing but praise for Triodos bank for their honesty and integrity and their excellent customer service. They support many environmental companies and those who may not be eligible by other banks. Their ethics are second to none. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
