Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. I wouldn't bank anywhere else

I've been a Triodos customer since they first launched their current account in 2017 and I honestly can't imagine banking with anyone else. I love that my bank is transparent about where my money is being invested and in accordance with my values. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

The future of banking

Ethical, friendly and efficient

Attracted by the banks’s ethos, I have just switched my current account to Triodos. The switching went smoothly and since then I have enjoyed the easy-to-use online app. When I have required to speak to customer service I have found the operators friendly and extremely helpful.
