Ethical, friendly and efficient

Attracted by the banks’s ethos, I have just switched my current account to Triodos. The switching went smoothly and since then I have enjoyed the easy-to-use online app. When I have required to speak to customer service I have found the operators friendly and extremely helpful. Great service and ethics

So pleased I moved to Triodos

Life is complicated these days and all our actions can have important environmental consequences. I think most people however environmentally aware they are don’t think of doing one of the most important actions…moving their money from banks that fund environmental degradation in the first place, however indirectly. This is why I was so delighted to move my personal and savings accounts, and my cash ISA, to a Triodos Bank. The service is excellent, the website much improved. I’m really happy with my move. The most ethical and very good and personal customer service
