Best ethical option

Triodos have always gone the extra mile on the ethical front, but they really took their time about moving from just savings to offering a current account. I'm happy to say that that time seems to have been well spent, insofar as the account is easy to use and has all the online banking features I need, including transaction download. Personal Service from Triodos

I have been with Triodos since the early 1990s investing in ethical business then latterly opened a current account. The staff know me by name and are aware of the accounts I hold with them. I am not treated by rote, by a customer services person, as a number. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Triodos works for me!

I've been delighted with Triodos from the word go. IUnlike my previous bank, there has never yet been a wait for customer service, and I like the layout of the online banking page. Most importantly though, I switched because I wanted an ethical bank that supports causes i am in snch with, and does not invest in the arms trade and the such-like. A bank you can trust

We were with one of the big 4 for over40 years, but were angry at their total lack of concern for green issues and even, it seemed, for their customers. Changing to Triodos was very easy. It is also easy to use their internet banking and any queries are always dealt with quickly. I know my money is helping the world be a better place instead of funding fossil fuel and arms companies.
