A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Friendly & good for the earth

Whenever I have a question or a problem my call is answered quickly by a friendly real human voice I can hear and understand clearly! An imaginative & creative Bank

I was utterly disgusted by the behaviour of most British Banks during the 2008 financial crisis. They behaved like extortion organisations: pursing financially obscene objectives whilst belittling & exploiting small businesses. The ethics of Triodos are a complete contrast. I have wondered how they survive in the brutal financial markets. I assume it is their fair & transparent business model & their respectful & supportive approach to their customers. The staff efficiently dealt with a recent query of mine & I hope they continue to prosper in the years ahead. I've been an account holder for several years now & have been impressed by the support they've received from various celebrities. It's brilliant that they provide financial backing to sustainable & ethical small-scale businesses: such organisations are the backbone of the British economy & deserve support. The greedy, irresponsible main street banks will unfortunately continue to invest in oil, cigarettes & unethical practices. However I hope Triodos (even though I still mis-pronounce the name) will continue to expand & greet more impressed & enthusiastic customers. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Ethical banking made easy

It was after a long research project that I finally settled on Triodos. The only criteria were: ethical banking and investment and they met them, and more. The application was made in July 2021 and although it was in the middle of the pandemic it took only a few days for the account to be opened and operational. I have reason to call customer service recently and expected a long waiting time; so I was pleasantly surprised when my call was answered immediately and dealt with politely and efficiently. The current account meets all my needs, the banking app is easy to use. Highly recommend this bank. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

An ethical and easy to use bank

Want to support ethical companies that help the environment and community initiatives. Triodos Bank is such a bank. It is easy to use, customer service friendly and helpful, and it is all online. Transfer of direct debits, payments all went through efficiently and promptly. I'm very happy to have switched to Triodos Bank. Banking with them is congruent with my values of living lightly on the planet while maintaining a lifestyle I'm comfortable with. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Best Ethical choice

Triodos are a unique bank. No other bank has ethical investment at its core, whatever they might claim. I choice to bank with them on ethical rather than financial grounds. However, I've found them as good or better than the well-known high street bank I had used before. On the few ocasions I've needed to talk to an advisor I've found them easy to contact and thoroughly efficient and helpful. I simply cannot find fault with Triodos! Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
