I can rest easy with Triodos!

I used to be worried about where my money was being invested in. I am so glad I switched to Triodos. Now I know my money isn't being invested into arms, tabacco, or fossil fuels. Unique and Universal

I hold a joint account and my colleague and I chose to open this account with Triodos Bank because we decided that it is the most ethical and development-focussed bank in the UK. We have always found staff extremely helpful whether on the phone or by email. We attended the Triodos AGM when living near London and were greatly encouraged by the positive and informative contributions of staff and speakers. A Bank that thinks like I do!

Triodos is a bank that has the same ideals as I do. I also received excellent Customer Service when I wanted to reset my PIN. I had to wait less than a minute to talk to a representative who sorted everything out for me there and then. All in all, a great bank to be with! Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Amazing

I opened my current account and had everything switched over to it from my previous account in 2021. This was a very easy process - Triodis did it all for me. I decided to go with Triodos because they are ethical. Nothing is for free in this world, we have to be careful to see what cost is hidden in apparently free banking. I am so glad I switched, I feel very content knowing I am doing the right thing and in a small way making the world the place i would like it to be. Ethical and secure

This bank focuses on ethical choices, which I knew when I was choosing it. What I didn't expect was that it would also always ensure best security. I've never felt that much care taken of my finances. This should be default for other banks as well. Great bank! Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Friendly, helpful, ethical bank.

Really friendly team of people who always help effectively with any queries. Communicate well and don’t bombard you with sales pitches like a previous high street bank I was with.
