Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Best banking experience ever

I decided to divest myself of unethical banks and went to Ethical Consumer Magazine to find the options. Triados was given top marks on everything so I chose them. I've been banking with them for 4 years and have been very happy with their excellent service and the choices they make when investing in business. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Not only do I approve of their ethical investments, but the customer service team has been clear and helpful whenever I've rung with a query or forgotten a password. The new website is attractive and easy to navigate and the mobile texts reassure me whenever transactions are made. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Customer service is really great and good to know what the bank is doing with your money

I'm not the most savvy when it comes to tech, but on the couple of occasions I needed them when I was getting started Triodos customer service was really great - helpful, patient, 'real people' on the phone who offered very useful tips for negociating the system. It is also reassuring to know how a bank is using your money, I tell everyone I meet about them, using a bank like Triodos must be the responsible thing to do. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
