A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Everything you could ask for in a bank

This bank ticks all the boxes. They’re ethical, transparent, communicate well, and their systems are both easy to use and secure. I cannot find a single fault with them. Even the customer service team are easy to get a hold of as well as knowledgable and friendly. I recommend this bank to everyone I know. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

This is how banking should be!

It's rare to find a bank with such transparency and positivity, that you can be confident your money is in good hands (quite literally!). Way too many high street banks are hiding their practices and profiting off the unethical, so Triodos provides the breath of fresh air that is needed as we become more ethically-minded in demanding better from our banks. With Triodos, you don't need to demand a thing; they're already one step ahead! Honest, open, ethical and with interest rates that are fair - this is now my bank for life! Friendly, personal, ethical banking

The app and mobile banking experiences are smooth and feel very safe and secure. Every time I speak to a customer service agent I am welcomed by genuine kindness and friendly people. Best approach to banking of any retail bank

Triodos’s approach to banking was exactly what I was looking for from my bank - I really like how my money is invested in sustainable projects. Their customer service is also very good. Outstanding Customer Support
