Ethical modern banking

I feel proud to bank with Triodos as I can see exactly where my money is being invested and those investments are ones which support renewables, communities, social enterprises.... Triodos: all the thinking person coukd need from a bank!

Having had ethical bank accounts before that suffered from poor or seemingly indifferent customer service, Triodos delivers ethical transparency and good customer service. You know they are keeping an eye on your security with email and text updates on payments, and they respond when you approach them. Looking after your money

I’ve always experienced really helpful and responsive customer service whenever I’ve needed it, which isn’t much because online banking and the mobile app is really straightforward. I know my money is safe and being managed and invested ethically , which takes away the worry of whether I am unwittingly supporting something I don’t agree with.
