Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Ethical banking made easy

I swapped to Triodos at the urging of a friend who had been with them for some time. I am keen to see my money invested more ethically, for one, and have had lovely customer service in the times I have needed to phone in. Definitely recommended. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Doing good with your money

Great ethics & customer service

I love that Triodos ethical backbone and that they have the courage not to support the fossil fuel industry. I have also had to contact them twice for two different issues and both times found the customer service quality excellent. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2021

Truely transparent & ethical bank

I've been banking with Triodos bank ever since they opened their current accounts & I couldn't be happier! I get regular updates on what organisations the bank supports and knowing my money is being used for ethical projects means the world to me.
