Wonderful ethics, some modernization needed

I love Triodos' ethics and commitment to sustainable banking. I've had no issues so far and customer support are always friendly and helpful. Due to it being a smaller bank there are a few niggles - the app could do with some improvement and the phone line isn't 24/7. Other than that, I'm a very, very happy customer. Trustworthy and efficient

I have been a Triodos bank customer since it started in the UK because of its positive ethics and principles, particularly its using money for social benefit. I chose the Triodos Current Account especially because I wanted such an account that I could trust the bank would continue to deliver its aims to support social projects that are positive for the community at large. Best bank I have ever dealt with

How banking should be

Totally transparent, and internet banking feels super secure and easy to use (and with a bank card that reflects their values). Makes you feel like you are doing good rather than supporting the other banks out there who fund the planet’s destruction. Really easy to switch to and have felt very welcomed. The best choice for "Ethical Banking".

Triodos Bank has been the most obvious choice for "ethical Banking" for a number of years. I have been totally satisfied with both their professionalism and their commitment to sound investment in environmental and community based schemes. They deserve to win. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Dramatically Better than any Alternative

Spent two decades with Barclays, suffering their incompetent customer service, lack of competitive products and publically depressing ethics. Triodos have been a total breeze to use, the two times I've needed support they've answered immediately and solved the problems within minutes. That would already be reason enough to use them, but then they're also an ethically sound organisation. It's such a relief when taking the more morally comfortable option doesn't require sacrifice, and in this case its actually even easier. Switching to Triodos is a no-brained. A Financial Force for Good

Non ethical investment has led to ecocide over the last 50 years and we are now facing the abyss. And yet finance can be a force for good. Triodos demonstrates that every day. After opening a Triodos ISA, I was one of the first people to transfer from a ‘high street’ bank to the Triodos current account. I feel so much happier knowing that I am now part of the solution! Quality customer service and ethical practices

Couldn't recommend Triodos more. The bank makes you feel like a truely valued customer, which I have never experienced with any other bank. The level of transparency that Triodos offer in terms of their own business practices, internal pay parity, and investments is absolutely excellent, and has transformed how I think about banking as an industry. Brilliant Service

Switching to, and Banking with Triodos was easy. Banking with them is brilliant, I get all the products offered by the big banks, but with service that is personal and friendly - and best of all I know that my money is doing good, rather than lining the pockets of the corporate bankers.
