A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Refreshing in these times where unsustainable growth is often marketed as the only way to go- I like how Triodos is prepared to challenge this narrative. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Investment in the Future

Great app and friendly staff, with the reassurance that all investments are funding environmentally responsible projects. Great to be able to see where money has been lent, on the in-app map. My only reservation about recommending Triodos is the monthly fee - I know that in these difficult times this would put a lot of people off switching, which is a shame! Ethical. And that cares for its customers

The Joy of Ethical Banking

I have been with Triodos Bank for 25 years and was part of the trial for their current account. Every interaction is efficient and professional and transparent and infused by a shared sense of an ethical project that maximises care for the planet and its people. The contrast with the untransparent funding of fossil fuel projects by other banks could not be greater. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

Brilliant company, service and ethos...

Fabulous company. Ethical, transparent, open. The monthly makes perfect sense to us, we have four accounts. If a bank can afford to offer its services for free you’ve got to wonder where they’re making their money to subsidise. Very happy day when I learnt about the current account! Yay for Triodos!!!
