Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Excellent

I was looking for a bank with a strong ethical policy, and offered the banking services I needed. I read a number of reviews and settled on Triodos Bank. Great from first interaction

Recently signed up to a savings account. There was a mix up with my nominated account which meant that I had a transfer pending. Initially the rep advised me to write in but after hanging up she called back and had arranged for it all to be done digitally. She was also friendly and non robotic throughout. Ethical & Efficient

From the switching process onwards Triodos has performed brilliantly. On the very few occasions I've needed the call centre, the staff have understood exactly what I needed and sorted out any problems quickly. And my money is being used responsibly and ethically. I love Triodos!
