Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Pleasant, efficient and ethical

I moved to Triodos from a high street bank this year for their ethics, but have been continually pleased by all their other good points - not least their customer service which is efficient, friendly, polite and informative.
