Just disappointing

I'm being harassed by tsb regarding a business I have not been associated with for 2 and a half years despite attempting to resolve for 2 years. Complete failure of their systems and can't explain how disgusted I am with them as a banking institution. My business account moved over to TSB after the Lloyds sale. It was interesting to see lots of press about how TSB bank was going to be different, but I've seen limited change and while things generally work, this account feels average. Reviewed on: 5th June 2015
