Moving accounts made easy

I received a lot of help when I wished to close my savings account before it matured and move to another account which provided a better rate of interest. Very grateful for the cooperation and help I received. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025

UTB is a winner all round

United Trust Bank has provided me with bonds that are always competitive. Their customer service is beyond excellent. They are easy to contact via phone and provide clear answers to my questions. I am severely sight impaired so speaking to customer service is important for me. They also provide documents in large print format. I have been extremely satisfied with their services. Straight forward Banking

I have been using United Trust Bank for several years for Fixed Rate Bonds and find them very reliable with maybe old fashioned values which I like as a senior. I would certainly recommend. Reviewed on: 12th February 2024

Excellent customer service and products

UTB was an unknown bank to me but from day one they were so helpful with helping me to open my account. I don’t really like working online and plaqued them with questions. They helped me get online in a helpful friendly manner and I find their online portal very easy to use. I like that they reward existing customers with a better rate. Reviewed on: 30th January 2024
