Any time I have needed help, other than online, and have telephoned United Trust Bank, I have been very impressed with the customer care, after all, living in the north of Scotland, makes it impossible for me to visit a branch. Thoughts from a small charity treasurer.

I am a small charity treasurer, and as many people with similar roles will recount, dealing with UK banks is a very difficult experience at times, as their systems simply aren't designed to cope with the particular features of charity banking. United Trust bank are a delight to deal with by contrast. Your enquiry reaches a human, who replies in simple language without jargon and account management is very straightforward. As the Trustee and Chairman of a Charity set up to support a school UTB have been excellent in providing savings account facilities to enable us to maximise the funds we hold in reserve.
