No room for improvement

United Trust has always been easy to contact with any queries, without any waiting times in phone queues, with very helpful and friendly staff to assist. Email notifications where necessary come in good time and are clear and starightforward. Most of all, they have offered extremely good savings rates. I cannot think of any drawbacks, the product choices they offered fit my needs perfectly. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

My best savings choice so far

Like a lot of people we move our finances around to get the best results from Isa,s and in all my experience so far I have found United trust Bank to be the most simplistic easy and friendly way to do this. If you need to call them they answer the phone promptly and nothing is too much trouble I would say it's probably the best bank I've used so far. There is a very wide range of products at excellent returns to choose from and you can stay the distance for seven years which locks your money away with the reasonable return and peace of mind that there is an income from this in years to come. Utb have been great, when we opened a savings account with them they offered the best interest rates for what we wanted to save and they have always been on top with keep us in the loop with other offered available I would definitely recommend utb, and use them in the future.
