Moving accounts made easy

I received a lot of help when I wished to close my savings account before it matured and move to another account which provided a better rate of interest. Very grateful for the cooperation and help I received. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025

Telephone customer service

I have both savings and isa products. I’m nervous opening accounts online and making initial lodgements but I was able to phone receiving pleasant and helpful assistance. They also followed this up with informing me on receiving my initial lodgements. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

United Trust Bank gave first rate results

United Trust Bank gave first rate customer service and returns. They made it so easy that I was able to reinvest after my first fixed term with very little effort on my part. They kept me up to date with times lines and process so I felt confident my money was in safe hands at every step. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

I was advised of a certain interest saving rate

I was advised of the wrong interest rate and I had to get it resolved and investigated at a senior level, it took a long time because a lady had only passed some of the information on and some of the information she presented to her colleague was incorrect. It was resolved finally so that I received the better rate that I was offered on my initial call and not a lower one that someone tried to give me. Reviewed on: 1st April 2025
