Vanquis - So far, So good.

My experience with Vanquis has so far been very good. Their app is easy to use, with the all the important information available at the tap of button. I particularly like being able to change my direct debit amount each month via the app. Means I can reduce/ increase the direct debit depending on my cashflow for the month. Have spoken with customer service once, they were very helpful and dealt with my request quickly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 21st May 2024
