Fantastic service

I've been with vanquis for about 3 years now. I've never had any issues with the app, card or customer services. My credit limit has always been set for my preference. Great company and great app.

I’ve been a customer for three years so far. Their app is the best I’ve ever used to help keep track of spending and repayments. It’s very easy to navigate and easy to see spends and repayments. I also like their monthly text reminder for payments. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025

they are adequate, but not great.

they are adequate, not bad enough for me to change service. Honestly Vanquis has been less than great and I am writing this review because they asked me too. I have had very little customer service interactions, they do work abroad they have offered me higher credit offers. They have occasionally charged me for cash transfers even though Ive never used them in that capacity. Honestly it used to feel like they actively wanted you to slip up with credit repayment so they could charge you more. However they now do send you texts and messages warning you of a payment coming. I honestly couldn't recommend them as a service but I don't have experience with other credit providers after University I will probably look for another provider.
