Have had this credit card for quite some time now an...

Have had this credit card for quite some time now and have only had one problem that was; I made a payment to pay off money on my card which didnt go through, I have never had a problem before so decided to phone Vanquis, they were very polite and helpful and explained that it was because I had made the payment very early in the morning, she found my payment and sorted it out for me., would definitely recommend this card to other people. Vanquis has provided good customer service to me over the years. Only one concern which is originally I had £5000 credit which I paid up and reduced to £1000 by choice. Now I am struggling a little and requested an increase to help me out, it seems to be taking a while to be granted, and yet my history with you is good.
