Build your credit rating by paying on time and staying within your limit. With a Vanquis Credit Card, you don’t pay any annual sign-up fees. You pay transaction fees for withdrawing cash, balance transfers and using your card in a foreign currency.

Customer Service for Vanquis

I have been using Vanquis for a number of years. They have always had excellent customer service and app is fantastic. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Solid Starter Credit Card

Vanquis offers a very decent starter credit card. If managed well, they offer generous credit limit increases, which are voluntary. You can stop accepting the increases when you feel the amount is right for you. The interest rate is fairly standard, which currently, is high no matter the credit card company. Customer service are always friendly and do their best to be helpful. My only quibble with Vanquis is that their online portal has an automatic expiry of your password, but there is no notification of the expiry and they can't fix the expiry or lack of notification (I have asked). The only way around it is logging in at least once every 21 days to make sure you don't have to reset the password. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Vanquis is a phenomenal company to deal with!

Vanquis is a phenomenal company to deal with! Making payment is so easy and quick to do. It is wonderful that you can access your account using the Vanquis app. As a bonus you can log into your account on the web as well directly from your computer. They also have a referral program! You are provided with a unique link to send to your friends. If your friends use your link once they use there card for the first time you are rewarded as well as your friend with £25.00 each! The app is so simple to use and has a bunch of useful features. Such as you can report your card if it is lost or stolen. In case your forget your cards PIN number you can view it in the app. Retrieve your card details from the app. One of my favourite features is being able to add your card to Google Wallet. That in itself is awesome! It is great being able to use your phone with contactless payments. It comes in super handy if you forget your Oyster Card at home or it needs to be topped up. I don't even use my Oyster Card anymore. I just tap my card or phone in jumping on a bus, so much more convenient. So what are you waiting for? Apply for your Vanquis Card, you will not regret it!
