Good all round service and product

I have always found Vanquis to be both responsible lenders and to reward for being a sensible borrower. Their app is excellent and they do provide prompt security alerts and respond to queries quickly and efficiently. All in all a very good service and a good product. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Vanquis was a really good and they started my credit...

Vanquis was a really good and they started my credit rating going in the right direction,which I give them 10 out 10 but , for some unowned reasons they have put my interest rates up to 41% variable interest rate which is really bad when I've never missed a payment and always paid more than the minimum amount every month, and my credit rating is in really good shape, so when I received the letter telling me I decided to pay off the card and only use that one in an emergency, which is a shame .but if it wasn't for that sharp rise in interest rate , then I would be using the card quite often.
