Easy to use app and simple application process, fast approval. Never needed customer service so cant comment on that but the best credit card ive had for interest rates and easy to use app Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Vanquis app is very easy to use

Vanquis app is very easy to use including the online portal. It includes all features you need For example getting your statement, setting up direct debit and money transfer to bank with pay it. The only bad thing is the app is slow to load when you log on Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Could not have done without them!

Great way to build your credit.

Vanquis vanquishes

I rarely need to contact Vanquis directly as the account runs itself day-to-day. Any security concerns raised with the card use are flagged quickly and usually are resolved instantly by text and/or Chip & PIN. When I have had to contact Vanquis in the past, they have been most helpful, professional and efficient. Sincerely hoping there is no repeat of the pandemic, I recall their help-by-text message system was excellent! Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
