Vanquis customer service is second to none.

Vanquis customer service is second to none, whenever I have called them, I have found them to be very friendly and extremely helpful. They increased my credit limit and reduced my interest rate, which I'm very grateful for. 5 stars from me. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Excellent customer service

I've never had any problems with them and whenever I have needed help with my bills they are very helpful. I have been put on a break before when I lost my job and had a payment once on hold. They are easy to deal with on the phone too. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Very poor experience.

Very poor experience. I was invited to apply for a credit limit increase, which I did not particularly need, but decided to apply for as it may have been useful sometime in the future. I was then made to jump through hoops in terms of providing evidence of income, and then turned down with no explanation.
