Vanquis offer 0% for purchases and balance transfers for a set period of time. You will be charged a fee for any balance transfers. When the offer period on the card ends, any outstanding balance will be charged at a standard variable interest rate.

So easy and intuitive ! The app not me

Competitive rates and an app that makes things so much easier to manage and the app is certainly better than another provider…I think they may have a horse in there adverts!! But overall I have been with them for years and totally satisfied with the rates, customer service and ease of use. I even recommend that my daughter use Vanquis. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

My experience with Vanquis has been excellent.

My experience with Vanquis has been excellent. The onboarding process was straightforward. I received my card promptly without delay. The customer service team is quick to respond and very helpful, and the mobile app is user-friendly and convenient for my account management. I’m also impressed with the reasonable interest rates. My previous partner left me in alot of debt so I too...

My previous partner left me in alot of debt so I took out a Vanquis credit card to assist me slowly to get my debt paid off. This was several years ago. My credit rating was utterly appalling but because of Vanquis my credit rating is now 1000%!!!!!!!! Seems hard to believe but it is real!!!! Received no support and lied to over and over ahain

I had my account hacked. That was 4 weeks ago, I still don’t have a replacement card and the fraudulent transactions were only refunded yesterday. The customer service at Vanquis is disgusting. I received no help, no support and was lied to on every call, from agents telling me my card had been blocked, to telling me a new card has been sent out, to telling me the fraud team were looking into the transactions….lied to consistently. I will never use Vanquis again and I would recommend that no one uses them as if your account is hacked, you will not receive even a satisfactory level of service from customer services.
