We managed to use income projections from a client towards affordability, as the client had seen a large uplift in income year on year since covid, which was very bespoke and managed to get us where we needed to be Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Vernon understood the requirements for our self build and more importantly, unlike many other lenders are on the ball with modern building construction techniques. The process was quick and easy and response times were excellent. Reviewed on: 10th November 2025
