Please don’t use This card

My card got hacked so I cancelled the card. Asked for a new card to be sent out . Card was sent to the wrong address, when I contacted them to ask where my card was they wouldn’t tell me the address it was sent to. They just said it wasn’t sent to the address I asked. I Tried the same process again giving them my address 3 times making sure they had the correct address. Again the same thing happened, I’ve never had an issue receiving mail at this Address, it’s now been one month no card. Tried several times to resolve the problem and the consultants were of no help whatsoever. This card has a few good things going for it in the rewards program but thats about it. This is the first review I’ve ever wrote custom service is the worst, once your card is locked from being hack you cannot access to see any transactions. I wanted to cancel my card and pay out the balance but couldn’t access my profile to double check the transactions. End of the day worst experience cannot recommend this card whatsoever Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Always there when you need them.

Exiting interactive website . Plenty of exciting offers.

I have enjoyed using the Virgin Money Service since I started some years ago after a very tantilising offer that I received. The website is in "Plain English" with no mucking about with Shakespeares Language for marketing purposes. With "Virgin Red" also available for Virgin Money users, I really do feel part of an "Experience" rather than usual boring and dull statements and bills. Keep it up Virgin !!
