My Virgin Card was quick to apply for and offered the best interest free purchase period on the market, which is what I wanted the card for. The web interface to manage my card is clear and easy to use, and the call centre has always been most helpful when I’ve had enquiries. I would definitely recommend Reviewed on: 9th January 2019

I’ve been a Virgin customer for a number of years .. Thier balance transfers have helped me out at short notice and provided me with peace of mind .The rates are excellent and they are the only Credir Card provider I trust completely... Honest, professional, and they actually listen when you talk to them !!

I made some silly mistakes when setting up my account, and Virgin Money's Customer Service line (In Britain) were really understanding. They treated me with respect all the way through putting it right, and never got at all annoyed when they had to repeat themselves because of a Mental Heath condition that I have. Thanks Virgin ! A really versatile Credit Card, with a great easy to use website :-) I did have a question about my account and Customer services were really helpful with the fact that i'm not great on computers. They gave me all my options, and didn't mind having to keep repeating themselves because of my awful memory. Thanks virgin (Love your TV too !) Reviewed on: 9th January 2019
