Please don’t use This card

My card got hacked so I cancelled the card. Asked for a new card to be sent out . Card was sent to the wrong address, when I contacted them to ask where my card was they wouldn’t tell me the address it was sent to. They just said it wasn’t sent to the address I asked. I Tried the same process again giving them my address 3 times making sure they had the correct address. Again the same thing happened, I’ve never had an issue receiving mail at this Address, it’s now been one month no card. Tried several times to resolve the problem and the consultants were of no help whatsoever. This card has a few good things going for it in the rewards program but thats about it. This is the first review I’ve ever wrote custom service is the worst, once your card is locked from being hack you cannot access to see any transactions. I wanted to cancel my card and pay out the balance but couldn’t access my profile to double check the transactions. End of the day worst experience cannot recommend this card whatsoever Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Credit card works well, especially worldwide transactions, however in this day and age there should be an app or a better online experience, Virgin falls far behind all my other financial products in this area, improving this would change my rating considerably Reviewed on: 31st December 2018

Easy application process and set-up.

Easy application process and set-up. Generous credit limit offered at time of application. Easy online interface. Negatives: Introductory 0% rate on purchases only applies to purchases made it the first 56 days. Balance transfers to to card during the 0% rate appear to be subject to a 2.90% transfer fee which is somewhat disappointing as I thought that there would be no fee (ie. same as purchases) Reviewed on: 31st December 2018

Great card with lots of benefits.

The app for this credit card is so user friendly. I also love the fact that my spending on the cards earn me virgin airmiles which I use to upgrade my flights. I also use virgin partners to boost my airmiles. Reviewed on: 30th December 2018
