Shocked by letter!

I cannot recommend Virgin as I have been treated badly. Received a letter asking for £1440.31 immediately, and card was blocked???? No such monies were owing so assumed it to be fraud, but on phoning am told it was an error by Virgin. No apology or explanation. Reviewed on: 29th December 2018

Really pleased with my Virgin credit card. Improvements I would like to see are: Improved stability and efficiency of the Virgin Atlantic website. Introduction of a Virgin Atlantic App for online banking. Reviewed on: 29th December 2018

I have been a Virgin customer for years now. I am so impressed by the diversity of products, always available, moving with the future and tailored products to suit different needs.
