Please don’t use This card

My card got hacked so I cancelled the card. Asked for a new card to be sent out . Card was sent to the wrong address, when I contacted them to ask where my card was they wouldn’t tell me the address it was sent to. They just said it wasn’t sent to the address I asked. I Tried the same process again giving them my address 3 times making sure they had the correct address. Again the same thing happened, I’ve never had an issue receiving mail at this Address, it’s now been one month no card. Tried several times to resolve the problem and the consultants were of no help whatsoever. This card has a few good things going for it in the rewards program but thats about it. This is the first review I’ve ever wrote custom service is the worst, once your card is locked from being hack you cannot access to see any transactions. I wanted to cancel my card and pay out the balance but couldn’t access my profile to double check the transactions. End of the day worst experience cannot recommend this card whatsoever Reviewed on: 10th February 2025

Worse company to make one mistake with, then rob you blind.

Took out a balance transfer with them with o% interest, made one late payment by mistake, they then charge you to he full 17.5% intrest, so people be carefull who you use, got revenge, cancelled virgin to, broadband, telephone, and mobile phone with them, I will never use this robbing company again. Good so far

Great offer, but could a be better service

I took out the Virgin all round card as it offers a whopping 24 months interest free on purchases, which is useful no matter which way you look at it. The card is fine, and I did like the ability to choose some funky designs for the card itself. However, the online component is still far behind what other providers offer. There's no app to see my balance, and Apple Pay is not supported, which is disappointing in 2016. Reviewed on: 1st September 2016

Free Money

Got this card to pay for home improvements as it has a ridiculously long interest free period. Paying off more than the minimum each month online which is easy to use. Couldn't recommend it enough Reviewed on: 1st September 2016

Easy to arrange, long repayment and very inexpensive

Large loan, arranged very quickly on line, option to repay over long period and cheap. Cant ask for more. Reviewed on: 31st August 2016
