Virgin Money - Great service

I've had this account for years and have so far had no issues. The only reason I gave a 9 rather than a 10 is that this account does not have an app available, but I get by using online banking on their website for what I need. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Helped my financial health

I’ve been with Virgin Money for several years now and aside from one altercation on the phone with a customer service advisor who was having a bad day, I’ve had really positive experiences with them. Since banking with Virgin Money, my finances are very healthy. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Swift and efficient

I recently had to cancel a debit card due to a malfunction at a cash-point machine. The staff in the bank were extremely helpful especially as I was in a bit of a panic thinking some one was trying to clone my card. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024
