A supportive pragmatic no nonsense explanations

They are fantastic

They are fantastic and the customer service is second to none. Also save money every month too whilst paying back the loan from my wages from rhe hospital. Loan repayment Gets taken straight away from payroll so I dont need to worry. I love East Sussex credit union Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

Helped me when no-one else would

ESCU are amazing. The staff and volunteers are great and gave me a lifeline in particularly challenging time in my life. I have now learned to manage money better and even have some savings! Reviewed on: 6th April 2021

Growth hasn't changed their policies

I joined the credit union in 2014 and it was a small company, based in a shop in a back street in Brighton. Since then they have expanded enormously but the treatment of their clients is still the personal touch with empathy. I have actually moved from the area but have remained a client of the credit union as they are efficient, effective and I know they look after my money. Reviewed on: 6th April 2021

Great customer service

I got a loan for my two daughters annual bus pass. As well as helping me to save money by buying an annual pass, with their loan I also put money aside. This helped me to pay for their bus passes for the following year! Reviewed on: 6th April 2021
