Pretty good experience

Firstly the positives - the app is brilliant. Payments go on immediately so no waiting for days for the balance to be available. Security measures are good. The only negative (and why it got 4 stars) is it isn't contactless so I tend to only use it for online purchases. Who can remember PINs these days? Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

From the moment zopa was recommended to me,to the moment it arrived it has been a seamless company to deal with.i had a few issues registering the card,went into the app and I waited no more than 5 mins for live help with a human instead of bot chat.
