My negative experience, bur overridden by positives.

My only complaint relates to the fact that I am an octogenerian and the bank has tailored its customer services tyo cater not for my generation but sadly today's technology savvy people. If I don't need answers to queries, thats fine. Otherwise it is a difficulty! Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
