Excellent Service

Overall a very positive experience with Zopa and I think they are a responsible credit provider. I believe that I was offered a credit increase when I demonstrated my ability to manage my credit card responsibly. When I was offered an increase, the reasons were outlined why and I was given the option to either accept or decline the increase.
