Extremely easy to open an account and set up

It was extremely easy to open an account and to set up saving pots. I had my account opened within minutes. I also like that I can connect to my other bank accouts effortlessly to transfer money into my Zopa account. The interest rates and cashback on household bills are alluring. Great experience for loans and banking

Very easy to use

I've not had to use customer service so that speaks volumes in itself. It's all very self explanatory. I love the way it tells you daily what your interest is and adds it up to see Esther than some banks that just pop an amount in once a month. Zopa breaks the banking mould!

I really like the fact that Zopa pays a good interest rate on current account balances and that it’s App is so intuitive and easy to move money between Zopa accounts and between Zopa and other provider accounts. Great customer service on the phone too! Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
