Where is my promised £15?

I discovered Zopa through MSE where using a special link would give me access to their current and savings accounts plus £15 added within a week. A month later I am still waiting for my £15 and when I deal with their customer service it is through the app and I am not seeing any progress despite polite and courteous staff.
