Where is my promised £15?

I discovered Zopa through MSE where using a special link would give me access to their current and savings accounts plus £15 added within a week. A month later I am still waiting for my £15 and when I deal with their customer service it is through the app and I am not seeing any progress despite polite and courteous staff. Extremely easy to open an account and set up

It was extremely easy to open an account and to set up saving pots. I had my account opened within minutes. I also like that I can connect to my other bank accouts effortlessly to transfer money into my Zopa account. The interest rates and cashback on household bills are alluring.
