Very poor Customer service

Making banking efficient straight forward and rewarding

The interest rates are well above average. On the 2 occasions I have had a query the custmr services worked hard in a friendly and efficient manner to resolve my problems. Their interactions between current and savings accounts are efficient and and they make transferring funds between Zoppa and other banks simple in either direction. Reviewed on: 10th March 2026
