Simplistic Design & Great Customer Service

The app is so simple and easy to use. It has a clear and simple layout and design. Customer service is also fab - I had to call as I wasn't receiving emails (my fault), and the staff member explained the problem clearly and rectified the issue to prevent it happening again.
