Simplistic Design & Great Customer Service

The app is so simple and easy to use. It has a clear and simple layout and design. Customer service is also fab - I had to call as I wasn't receiving emails (my fault), and the staff member explained the problem clearly and rectified the issue to prevent it happening again. I opened a Zopa biscuit account as a savings account and the interest is great, the first bank I’ve had where I feel there is value for money. I have an issue opening the account and their customer service was excellent and resolved it efficiently and quickly. Reviewed on: 18th April 2026

Best benefits offered by a bank so far , Best interest rates compared to other banks , excellent customer service. Zopa Bank has offered benefits which other banks never did like cashback on spending , cashback on bills , interest on account balance and the best is that all of the above is paid monthly, not annually. Haven't had any issues since I first opened an account with Zopa like Zopa banking app has been working 10/10 not like some other banks their app would crash every now and then, but with Zopa that has never happened. Zopa offered me Best interest rates for savings accounts too. Zopa is the only bank I've seen so far to offer digital assistant within their app which makes it easy to transfer money etc just by using my voice! Overall I think they are best so far! Nice range of products, easy to use and set up account.

Nice range of products, easy to use and set up account. I like the saver account of 7.1% very competitive rate for easy access. It has a unique direct debit cashback that most accounts don’t have. I like the packaging the card came in, very cool and unique. Higher cashback limit would be even better. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
