Zopa is worth the switch

Customer Service has been brilliant.

Customer Service has been brilliant. I've used both web chat and had phone calls and both had been answered in reasonable times and my questions answered with detail and clarity. I have been using Zopa for over a year now, I have over 5 family and friends who have joined because the positive feedback I have gave. Nowadays it is difficult to find a reliable bank that has no issues, Zopa is excatly that if I’ve ever had a problem they sort it within a few hours, not day not weeks!! I have made it my priority bank over all the big establishments, maybe there is a few things they can work on such as building more branches across the country but other than that they are almost perfect! Still feeling things out

I haven’t been with Zopa long, but in the short time I’ve used the bank I must say I’m impressed. I was initially referred by my brother so we both received our sign up bonus. The savings rate is very attractive and I’m watching interest build in-app, everyday. I’m still yet to make the most of other features such as cashback when paying bills through Zopa but for now, we’re off to a great start. The platform is visually appealing and seamless - I haven’t needed a reason to reach customer service about anything as it’s very straightforward. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
