I’ve had two loans from Zopa and been happy never missed the payment but my rate went down. Don’t know why but other than that great company I’ve also got a credit card with them and a current account but overall yes, very happy. Can’t wait to pay off both my loans and borrow some more. Great experience all round, good rates, in fact the best I could find, even using the usual comparison sites. The ease of the application process was sublime, from providing the necessary documentation, to the acceptance and then release of funds, all went smoothly and quickly. At no time did I feel pressured or out of my depth, the process is clear and simple. This was my second loan with Zopa and although much smaller this time round, I felt treated with respect and consideration.
