Efficient, friendly and affordable

I wanted a personal loan due to unforeseen expenditure items and tried a few lenders who either said nothing was available or wanted a really high APR. When I applied to Zopa they asked a few extra questions and offered and granted a personal loan with a good noticeably lower APR - the process as a whole was efficient, friendly and quick.
