Easy enough to open an account - have just opened an...

Easy enough to open an account - have just opened an ISA today. Easy enough to contact and speak to a person. Struggled to find out how to link accounts and, did not find chat helpful, talking is best. Drawbacks are only down to caution and fear of using an entirely online service but this is good. First time Zopa customer - very impressive!

Easy to navigate app, clearly set-out information and easy to move money in and out of account. Little delay in changing interest rates when BOE rate increases. Competitive interest rate for easy-access savings. Reviewed on: 10th January 2024

No hassle credit card and great Smart Saver.

Since I have had a Zopa credit card I have never had any issues with using the card. I have since taken up the Smart Saver and it is excellent to put money into my account and very simple to withdraw money. Reviewed on: 10th January 2024
